Rotary Cutters, Mats and RulersIntroduced to the quilter in the late '70s, rotary cutters have revolutionised quilting allowing several layers of fabric to be cut with one precision cut. The cutter is a rolling razor blade used along the edge of a Quilter's Rule to cut fabric into strips and then shapes for sewing quilting and crafts. All Rotary Cutters must be used with a specialist mat. Replaceable blades are available for all rotary cutters we sell.
